Building H is the 8th element of the Bonarka for Business (B4B) office park, one of the most recognizable office complexes in Krakow, Poland situated in the Podgórze district. The building was delivered in Q2 2019, offering its tenants approx. 10,000 sqm GLA modern office space as well as 209 parking spaces with the highest standards, extending the whole B4B to a 75,000 sqm GLA complex. The location of Building H is unique from the perspective of public transport as well: it is close to main Krakow arteries and the Bonarka train station. One of the most unique features with B4B is the Tenant Relationship program, that has started at the complex with a unique aim of helping the employees to get to know each other, creating communities around the complex and for overall tenant satisfaction. Since its start the popular program offers various after-work activities and regular larger and smaller, entertaining and community building events for the B4B employees, also at Building H.
