About 10 years ago, Skanska was the first developer on the Polish market to introduce LEED certification, with 30+ buildings certified to date. Currently, we are introducing WELL certification, receiving WELL CI and WELL C&S for Spark C in Warsaw and announced it on every ongoing office project as well as in the pipeline. What’s more, we have introduced Connected by Skanska - a comprehensive building management system for tenants and building administrators. We have begun testing perovskite solar cells with Saule Technologies. We implemented green concrete in Warsaw and Cracow, with Gdansk as another city on the map to have it. We were first to use augmented reality (Holo Lens) to present office projects. Skanska has also became a leader in cooperation with start-ups and corporations in the PropTech area. Strategic agreements with Microsoft and innogy innovation hub are the proof of it. We are working with our partners on implementing big data and AI to office buildings.
