Paweł heads the Project & Development Services team of 50 professionals in CEE, including 25 in Poland, that provides construction advisory & project management services to tenants, developers, investors and funding institutions. He’s been leading JLL’s technical advisory department for 14 years with a steady year-to-year growth of market share as well as outstanding success for several new international and local clients.

In the last 12 months Project and Development Services has conducted over 100 projects on behalf of leading tenants and developers. They include:
1. Credit Agricole - office fit-out on an extraordinary scale, 26,000 sqm in Business Garden in Wroclaw.
2. Havi Logistics - project management for a major expansion of the company's existing food storing and distribution facility in Warsaw.
3. Galeria Wisła - management of major reconstruction of an existing shopping centre for new anchor tenants in Płock.
4. Cromwell Property Group - programme management of several office fit-out projects in the Client’s portfolio of office buildings, in multiple locations.
5. IMMOFINANZ - programme management of several projects i.e. technical advisory at the disposal of the part of Empark property, upgrade of fire safety installations, capex and fit-out projects in Empark, Służewiec, Warsaw.
6. Coca-Cola - project management of a complex refurbishment the company's 3,500 sqm, Polish headquarter, Focus.
