Robert Dobrzycki oversees the operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He set up Panattoni Europe’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 was appointed CEO for Europe. In 14 years under Robert’s management the company has developed over 6.9 million sqm of warehouse space out of existing stock of 17 million sqm in Poland. Panattoni was recently named largest developer in Europe by PropertyEU for the third year in a row.

All newly developed projects are BREEAM level Good certified, or in some cases VERY GOOD. LED lighting is a standard. In certain projects especially those with more advanced technical specification, BIM modelling was implemented (in all Amazon projects). In a large share of our portfolio the SINGU property management system functions - it facilitates the reporting and managing of equipment maintenance in the building. Panattoni Europe has engaged in cooperation with Sense Monitoring, the supplier of smart automation and control systems for flat roof surfaces. Sense S-One makes it possible to avoid the consequences of overloading due to insulation soaking, or build-up of water or snow on the roof. The facility manager gains a mobile device which makes their job easier and alerts them when a response or roof maintenance is needed. The Sense S-One platform is based on the Amazon Web Services cloud, the most secure server for data processing and archiving.

Panattoni Europe breaks the bank, pushing strongly ahead of the competition. The European branch of Panattoni Development Company listed as the Top Property Developer by PropertyEU magazine for the third time in a row! Each year, the magazine publishes a list of 10 largest property developers, based on the volume of space delivered to the market. This year’s list covers the period from 2016 to 2018, and Panattoni is recognized as the largest property developer in Europe. During the last three years, the company completed projects with the total area of 5.3 million square meters in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and the United Kingdom. As much as 35 per cent of that value are projects targeted at and selected by the e-commerce sector, while 25% represent highly advanced manufacturing facilities. Over 1 million of sqm developed for Amazon. Currently employed 350 people in Europe. Starting from scratch in 2005, now the completed portfolio reached 9 million sqm. UK, Germany, CEE.

Panattoni has been set up in 2005 in Europe and specifically in Poland. It was one of the few companies which managed to live through the crisis of 2008/2009 without having to stop developments. Since then the developer grew its share in the market from year to year, expanding onto other markets and finally being named the most active developer in Europe. Robert Dobrzycki, took on the role of CEO for Europe in 2014. Since then Panattoni became active also in Germany and UK. Altogether 9 million of sqm delivered in Europe, 6.9 million in Poland. Unquestionable leader in the CEE region, taking into account the number of leased, delivered and space under construction. At the beginning of 2019, Panattoni received 2 CEEQA awards - The title of Industrial Developer of the Year for 2019 and Overall Company of the year 2019.
