PLEASE SAY WHY YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR THE AWARD
Dekada SA is a Polish company, which started its activity in 2007, realizing convenience stores. The company was the first developer on the Polish market to notice that speed and convenience are the basic factors determining the choice of shopping venue for Poles. In response to changing trends, it has created a network of shopping centres located in cities of up to 100,000 inhabitants. These are usually small facilities (3-5 thousand sq.m. GLA), where customers can quickly buy basic products necessary for everyday life. Often in the form of a strip-mall building with entrances to shops directly from the car park. Tenants are usually: a food operator, a bookstore, a clothing discount, a pharmacy, a press kiosk, a bank, a shop with home accessories, e.t.c. At present, convenience stores are a dynamically developing branch of the retail real estate market, and these centres are located in most Polish cities.
