Panattoni Europe is part of the Panattoni Development Company, one of the largest industrial developers in the world, with 26 offices in North America and Europe. Panattoni has been present in Central Europe since 2005. To date, the developer has delivered 7.5 million sqm of modern industrial space altogether in Poland, the Czechia, UK and Germany. A dedicated department responding to individual tenants’ needs – build-to-suit projects – is also located within the Panattoni Europe structure. Among key tenants are companies such as Amazon, Arvato Services Polska, Castorama, Coty Cosmetics, DSV, H&M, Intermarché, Leroy Merlin, Still, Schenker, Selgros and Tesco. Apart from Poland, Panattoni has offices in the United Kingdom, Czechia, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.

Robert Dobrzycki oversees the operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He set up Panattoni Europe’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 was appointed CEO for Europe. In 14 years under Robert’s management the company has developed over 6.9 million sqm of warehouse space out of existing stock of 17 million sqm in Poland. Panattoni was recently named largest developer in Europe by PropertyEU for the third year in a row.
