CoBouw Poland has designed a production and warehouse facility with a social part and an office building for DreamPen. The building is an extension of the Investor's existing plant. The new and existing hall, according to our design, is connected through a connector, in which we have provided a social part for hall employees. A two-story office building is adjacent to the industrial complex.

The building designed by CoBouw presents an elegant and modern form. The character of the building is enhanced by large glazing and added facade elements imitating wood. Large windows give a sense of more space, which affects the comfort of work.
