New Office Building of the Year, Poland
V.Offices is a modern, ecological office building located in the very center of Krakow at al. 29 Listopada 20. The close proximity to the Central Railway Station provides many communication options. V.Offices has been designed in a sustainable way, it combines modern installation technology with care for the environment. The building is a laureate of the prestigious BREEAM Awards the best ecological building in Central and Eastern Europe. It is also the highest BREEAM-certified facility completed in Poland (90.57% result). The interior has been designed for maximum user comfort, i.e. emphasis on air quality, appropriate filtration, thermal comfort, facade and interior acoustics, flexible space shaping, a green patio open to users, etc. During the implementation of both the design and implementation phases, great emphasis was placed on conditions and comfort of work in the building. In addition, finishing materials with low formaldehyde and VOC content were specified.
