Magdalena Szulc is responsible for managing the operations in the region and implementing the company strategy based on the development and extension of logistics and industrial real estate portfolio in key locations. She has over 19 years of experience in the real estate sector, endorsed by the RICS certificate.

A comprehensive media monitoring system is a convenience offered in SEGRO's modern logistics parks. Real-time monitoring checks the consumption of electricity, including the power guard and consumption of gas. This solution allows effective media management even in several facilities at the same time, which enables the control and analysis of the situation, allowing the optimization of costs in terms of their consumption. SEGRO has implemented the system in several parks in Poland, and further implementations are planned.
Innovative solutions that exist in our logistics parks are becoming more and more popular, including modern access control - a system that automatically recognizes license plates. It ensures greater security as well as communication liquidity of employees and regular suppliers.
In the interior of every newly created development project, LED lighting is a standard, which enables the reduction of electricity consumption by more than 30%.

Our company deals with the construction and management of warehouse and light production space. We create the space that enables extraordinary things to happen. It’s also the activity particularly important for us from the perspective of corporate social responsibility. The key is first and foremost environmental protection, which is often followed by concrete economic benefits for our current and future customers. The standard of our actions is both a responsible approach to the construction process itself and the use of ecological solutions that minimize the negative impact on the environment during the subsequent use of the facility. By the end of 2019, all our parks will be equipped with electric vehicles and hybrid charging stations. Very important element of our strategy is the BREEAM certification, which has been applied to all our new buildings for years.
