We are actively acquiring new plots for future investments in major Polish cities. Within a record-breaking 5 years of our activity in the market, we have achieved approx. 270k sq m GLA of office space. We aim to exceed 0.5 million sq m GLA in the upcoming 3 years. Our competitive edge is driven by our design, general contracting and fit-out competencies all available in-house, allowing market agility and price competitiveness. Our team hired in both architectural design & development departments consist of 180 employees.
