Łukasz Wasilewski, Bartosz Kozieł & Marcin Wasilewski are the founders of Nuvalu Polska and associated with the company from the beginning in 2008. Each brings their own unique experience: from legal, financial and market knowledge to client and business know how. Together they manage a team of 50+ specialists working in the commercial real estate market. Since 2008 they have grown the business from a small, local team to a successful company with national reach and specialist departments.

We’re active at every stage of the process and our goal is to build long-term, strategic relationships with our partners. We support tenants, landlords, developers and investors. Our team provides comprehensive services based on market analysis, forecasts and tailor-made recommendations. We also offer marketing, legal, financing consulting as well as facilities & portfolio management services. Concept Space, our design studio, provides modern and functional fit-out design projects and workplace solutions based on latest trends. We aim to support our partners in each real estate market-related activity in order to optimise their costs and increase potential for growth. Today Nuvalu employs over 60 specialists and has offices in 5 locations nationally. We aim to become a leader in Polish advisory services.

Nuvalu offers comprehensive advisory services in the real estate market. This includes processes in the office, warehousing, retail, investment markets. Our departments provide specialized and personalized recommendations to help clients make accurate business decisions.
Retail specializes in the commercialization of commercial real estate for retail. The Investment department works with real estate owners and investors and prepares professional recommendations based on thorough analysis and expert market experience. The key value is supporting clients at every stage of the process and offering comprehensive consulting services in every aspect of the investment project: from architectural, technical, legal, official to financial. The warehouse department negotiates and renegotiates contracts based on thorough analysis and market research. Our experts provide advice on location selection, financial, optimization of costs, acquiring investment land for sale and leaseback.

The company was founded in 2008 with 6 employees as an advisor on the Warsaw office market. Over the past 10 years Nuvalu developed to an organization with a national reach thanks to regional offices in Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań and Wrocław. There are also new departments that were created over time, such as Retail, Logistics, Land investment and an internal architectural/PM department. Today there are 60 employees in the Nuvalu structures who have supported clients in some key market transforming transactions.

Today we have become a market leader in the field of independantly, polish owned real estate advisors. We have a dynamic and passionate team, an established national presence and new emerging business lines. We are continuously striving to take advantage of new opportunities and the recent expansion into warehouse and retail properties as well as land investments and wider consulting services is testament to this fact. This year, together with representatives from the real estate market we celebrated our 10 year anniversary with a high profile gala on the highest rooftop venue in Poland. A key milestone in our exciting journey ahead.
