Business Garden II, located within the streets of Pastelowa, Bulgarska and Lubienska, consists of five office buildings with a total leasable area of 46,000 m2. The buildings along with a free-standing car park building were completed at the beginning of year 2019 as part of the second phase of the development. Buildings are surrounded by a garden which creates a nice landscape. This is a place of close contact with nature and relax thanks to sport zones with basketball and volleyball grounds, tennis tables, multidimensional chess, and boule. The range of additional services and most important amenities is provided which cause that many daily errands can be run within the complex during a lunch break or after leaving the office. The complex holds the LEED Platinum certificate and it is equipped with an intelligent building management system, water-energy saving systems. All buildings achieved 90 points, i.e. 10 points above the required threshold of the highest score in Poland.
