WIDOK TOWERS was designed with a focus on energy efficiency, which is achieved by a high-performance shell, modular HVAC components to optimize part load efficiency and by economical lighting systems. The shape of the building enables daylight maximization in office areas, lift lobbies have an automatic lighting system triggered by motion 7/16 sensors. Water usage is correspondingly optimized for flushing in sanitary units, and selective garbage collection is ensured as well.
The exceptional façade of the building will be constructed by using high quality materials such as powder coated aluminium profiles and panels, as well as steel elements with decorative and laminated glass elements. The façade elements will be equipped with triple glazing. On office floors the façade will feature partly openable elements in every other axis, offering extra comfort for the users.
