- In 2016 Balmain Property Management was appointed property manager for 3 instructions : Solaris Center, Opole, from June 2016, CH Karolinka, Opole & CH Pogoria, Dąbrowa Górnicza, from 1st January 2017.
- Refurbishment and re-launch of Galeria Panorama in Poznań (first modern shopping centre in the city), increase of footfall by 3.46% for the whole scheme and on the remodeled first floor by 65% compared to results before the remodeling.
- Increasing of footfall in Galardia in Starachowice by 12% monthly since its opening in 2014.
- Overall average collection of charges at a level of 97,4%, with results in the range from 94,7% to 99,5%.
- Takeover of Solaris Center in Opole within very strict time limits.
- Over 550 leases under management.
- Annual footfall of all schemes 26,7m visitors.
