Additionally, the Bricomarché DIY store is being built near the retail park. There are 135 parking spaces available at retail park in Bytów. Vendo Parks are one-storey buildings located in easily accessible locations. There are often referred to as convenience centres, because they are designed in such a way as to provide customers maximum convenience of use. Trei also participated in cost of construction the roundabout, pavements and bicycle paths near the retail park. The total investment cost of Vendo Park was approx. EUR 4 million. Trei intends to take on the long-term management of the retail park.
