The CBRE Poland Investment Properties is a leading advisor on polish market, providing clients with full service professional investment advice on the disposal and acquisition of real estate, maximizing value of our clients’ investments through our strategic advice and extensive knowledge and experience. The team consists of 14 professionals covering retail, office and industrial sector. In 2016, Investment Properties Department advised on transactions with total value of EUR 1,130 million including the greatest office buildings, shopping centres and industrial facilities with GLA of 750 thousand sq m. The department has been involved in the numerous transactions in Poland such as the acquisition of Stary Browar Shopping Centre in Poznan, the disposal of Amazon Fulfillment Centers in Wroclaw and Poznań. In addition Investment Properties team has successfully led the disposals of Aleja Pokoju office building in Krakow and Raiffeisen Business Centre in Warsaw.
