Piotr Karpiński, MRICS, Senior Director, Head of Property Management

Piotr took over the responsibility of leading the Property Management Department in 2016. He is responsible for Department strategy and business development. He also plays the role of Client Relationship Manager for major clients of the managed portfolio and supervises Property Management service delivery. He coordinates operational aspects and performance of assets through all the phases of their existence from the take over and “start up” phase till due diligence and disposal of the property.

We are continually, significantly increasing our office, retail and industrial portfolio. We took over property management of 10 new office instructions and 3 retail instructions (including Centrum Handlowe Ogrody 42 000 GLA). We have considerably extended our industrial portfolio through taking over a whole portfolio of 6 logistic parks. We have stabilized our position on commercial real estate market and extend cooperation with current Clients. Our portfolio consists of more than 100 instructions exceeding 2,500,000 sqm GLA. Our department grows effectively. During last year we have implemented few new solutions and innovative programs on our assets, i.e. Premier Properties Program implemented on Plac Unii (first program in Poland dedicated to iconic premium buildings).
