In a currently very difficult and highly competitive real estate financing market Santander Bank Polska is continuously growing and constantly adjusts to Customers’ needs. We have proven reputation in the market for consistently delivering our promises and being reliable long term business partner. This may be also confirmed by great achievements this year including financing (bilaterally or as an agent) the biggest projects on the Polish real estate market. We have financed almost 670,000 sqm of office space and more than 300,000 sqm industrial space. We contributed to the creation of over 200,000 PUM of residential premises. We have also successfully entered into new student housing market providing financing for projects with over 1,300 beds becoming a leader in PBSA market in Poland. Among the biggest projects financed by our Bank during the last year were Olivia Star office complex - the tallest office building in northern Poland, most of the new skyscrapers in Warsaw like Varso by HB Reavis (as Facility Agent in the largest construction loan granted on Polish real estate market), HUB and Unit by Ghelamco or Mennica Legacy Tower by Golub Gethouse/Mennica Polska. Among big projects there are also Szczecin Industrial Park developed by Panattoni for Accolade on a 10 ha plot, two buildings of the Silesia Business Center complex for ISOC as well as Adgar office portfolio.
