Artur has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate gained working for C&W and Knight Frank among others. He specializes in pre-let agreements and long-term renewal transactions. Artur is also responsible for implementing many innovative solutions for accelerating business transactions. In 2019 he advised the mBank Group on the largest ever office lease in Poland.
Artur heads the Office Team of Cresa from Sept. 2017. He set up the Office Department together with Bartek Włodarski.

• Representing Akamai Technologies in the largest transaction of the first quarter of 2019 in Poland: the renegotiation of their lease for approximately 12,000 sqm at the Vinci Office Center in Krakow.
• In Q3 2019, Cresa covered 25% of Tenant Representation transactions in Warsaw (counted as the percentage of transactions executed by the eight leading real estate agencies).
• In Q1-Q3 2019, Cresa represented tenants in transactions in Kraków totaling 19,000 sqm.
