Due to the bankruptcy of the Praktiker company in 2017, METRO PROPERTIES faced a very difficult and once very urgent problem of renting the space abandoned by the bankrupt. Over the next months we managed to empty and renovate the abandoned area in all locations and in 11 of them (Marki, Radom, Olsztyn, Kielece, Gdańsk, Kraków, Zabrze, Czeladź, Bytom, 2 in Łodź) successfully rent it to a new tenant - OBI.
The total space of approximately 96400 sqm. has been delivered to the new tenant and new stores with our participation are being opened.
