Robert Dobrzycki as Chief Executive Officer oversees the operations in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and recently also in the United Kingdom where Panattoni merged to form a new development company, named First Panattoni, with a first phase capital facility of £300m to spend on new land purchases and speculative development in the UK. Dobrzycki opened Panattoni CEE’s operation in 2005 and under his management Panattoni Europe achieved the leading position on the Polish market.

Panattoni Europe has developed since inception 6.3 million sqm in the CEE region and has 2.7 million under management. We are a true developer, that does not hold properties in the long run. We offer a wide range of investments capabilities across the risk spectrum, from core strategies focused on stabilized, income-producing investments, to opportunistic property development.

Panattoni Europe is the largest industrial developer in Europe according to the latest Top Property Developers ranking by PropertyEU Magazine in May 2018 (second time in a row). The firm topped the podium in terms of the quantity of space delivered to the market in 2014-2016. One of the biggest milestones for the company was the opening of operations in the UK in 2018. The Czech Republic Panattoni Europe signed contracts with various investors in the first half of this year to build 500,000 sqm of modern industrial space. The company confirmed its position as the most active industrial developer in the Czech Republic, putting emphasis on revitalizing brownfields and sustainable development. Poland has witnessed enormous growth in the industrial real estate sector, with Panattoni having delivered over 1.3 million sqm of warehouse space alone in 2017.
