Participation in property sales and acquisitions between October 2015 and September 2016
Crido Legal has advised on, e.g., the sale of the shopping mall in Zgorzelec (including debt restructuring), disposal of the shopping mall located in Silesia (Poland) and the sale of the property in the centre of Warsaw. The services provided by Crido Legal included comprehensive legal advisory, due diligence, negotiations of the sale agreement and related agreements, as well as any other issues which came out during the transaction process (financing, third party consent etc.). What is more, we have advised on many corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions where real estate played an important part in the project.
Participation in development projects between October 2015 and September 2016
Crido Legal has advised on, e.g., the construction of a football academy by one of the Polish Premiere League Clubs (value: EUR 10m), the construction of an office building in the centre of Cracow with ca. 13k of useable area for a local investor (value: EUR 20m), the corporate spin-off aiming at the development of the office space investment (value: EUR 150m). The last project is interesting from the perspective of its complexity since it included establishment of the easements, legal analysis of the building permits and ability to divide an investment, as well as consultations with the authorities regarding the transfer of the administrative decisions so as to make sure that the interest of both companies is secured and that they are able to fully conduct the development project.

During the recent year we have advised on 85 corporate reorganizations, 12 M&A transactions and various real estate projects of the total value of EUR 3.5 billion. We have unique experience on the Polish market with corporate structures including closedend investment funds.
