2. European Logistic Investment BV (“ELI”), a company owned and managed by Redefine Properties Limited and Griffin , closes the acquisition of logistic portfolio consisting of nine properties and plans further platform expansion with Panattoni Europe (Redefine Properties Limited, EUR 200 million)
3. Resi-for-Rent – a new player in Poland’s residential property market for rent – has bought from Echo Investment four housing projects under development comprising 1,200 flats. (PLN 340 million) - investment of Pimco and Echo Investment
4. Corporate and financing structure of a real estate investment platform for individual investors. (USD 25 million)
