Magdalena Frątczak, Head of Retail Sector at CBRE, including 15 experienced individuals who provide tailored advisory to both landlords and retailers. Her main responsibility is to lead and develop high-level client relationships with both existing and potential clients through fully understanding their needs and demands. A graduate of University of Lodz and Erasmus University, Magdalena has grown her real estate expertise for the past 24 years.

The biggest transaction has been registered in Wars Sawa Junior with CCC, totalling over 4,240 sq m – this is their biggest store in Warsaw and Poland, second largest in Europe. For Galeria Sfera we have concluded the biggest Martes Sport in the region – store size is over 1,500 sq m. We have also singed 3 lease agreements with TK Maxx representing the tenant of approx. 6,000 sq m.
