Magnus Persson became the head of the construction business of Skanska Group in Poland - Skanska SA in January 2018. He has been associated with Skanska for 20 years. In 2000, he was directly involved in the implementation of one of the first office projects in Poland - the Atrium office building in Warsaw. Magnus Persson has many years of experience in running large engineering projects and in managing construction business. Magnus joined Skanska in Poland in October 2016.

We are the leader of office buildings’ construction in Polish regional cities, contributing highly to their development. We focus our activity on seven major Polish cities: Warsaw, Poznan, Lodz, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk and Katowice. Office buildings constructed by Skanska were the first to be LEED Platinum certified in Poland. We want to actively develop the construction and real estate market in Poland, launching modern technologies and global solutions. We use a wide range of new technologies: 3D laser scanning, HoloLenses, drones and mobile apps. Skanska, as the first general contractor in Poland, has implemented the BIM 360 tool set at construction sites. We build in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, caring for the future needs of communities that we operate in. We focus on how our projects will influence the life of people and the country’s development in the long-term.
