Colliers Office Agency is a stable team of 46 people who are passionate about their business and enjoy working together. Between October 2016 until September 2017, we represented Clients in transactions for a total value of ca. EUR 380,000,000 (including Tenant Representation: 161 transactions, and Landlord Representation: 55 transactions).
Our biggest pride is the fact that most of our Clients decide to entrust us with their representation repeatedly – the rate of repeat business is 68%.
