Managed by over 170 professionals across Romania and Poland, the combined value of its portfolio is in excess of €2 billion, as at 30 June 2018. Over 90% of the portfolio is in income-producing assets, predominately in the office sector, and leased to a diversified array of some 510 national and multinational corporates.

The purchase of Spektrum Tower, one of the iconic office schemes in Warsaw, was one of the largest transactions on the office market in Q3 2018. The transaction proved the great potential of established office buildings present on Warsaw market and it contributed to the sustainable development of the office sector in Poland. The Polish market needs investors who, with similar attention, will analyze established, several-year-old projects, as well as those that were created only few years ago. In this way, the entire industry has a chance for reasonable development, and tenants - the opportunity to choose from hundreds of office projects offering similar work comfort and solutions that ensure cost optimization and positively affect the environment.
