Mr. Radosław T. Krochta graduated from Management and Banking College in Poznań (Finance). In 2003 he completed postgraduate studies in Management at Nottingham University and a MBA postgraduate program. He has many years of financial experience in Poland, Eastern Europe and the United States. From 2001 to 2004 he held the position of CFO at Dresdner Bank Polska S.A. He was also the Director of the Department of Strategic Consulting at Deloitte Advisory and previously worked as a manager at PWC

Currently the Group operates eight logistics parks located in Poland: MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Poznań, MLP Lublin, MLP Teresin, MLP Wrocław, MLP Czeladź and MLP Gliwice. Based on a developer agreement the Group is also responsible for commercialization of the MLP Bieruń logistics park sold in 2015. In Germany the Group currently operates one logistics park – MLP Unna. In Romania, in turn, the Group bought land for development of a new logistics park – MLP Bucharest West. In addition, the Group has plots of land and reservation agreements for the purchase of new land for planned logistics parks. As a result the current and potential portfolio of real properties managed by MLP Group includes in total sixteen logistics parks located in three European markets.

In the period from October 2017 to September 2018, the MLP Group successfully completed several projects. In the first half of 2018, the Group executed and had under preparation projects with the total area of 110,510 m2. From these, in 2018 the Group completed projects of the total surface area of 41,023 m2. For example The MLP Group has handed over to Żabka Polska S.A. a ready for use, 24,700 square meter warehouse facility located in the MLP Gliwice logistics park.

In the first half of 2018, MLP Group signed 22 lease agreements for a total of approx. 100,300 square meters of industrial and office space. This year MLP Group leased more space than last year, which was also very good. At the same time, over half of the space was located in newly developed facilities. This shows systematic growth. MLP Group is planning further expansion of the logistics parks and execution of new projects. In addition to development in the Polish market MLP Group also expands internationally, in Germany and Romania. The growth in the next periods will be driven mainly by the expansion in the German market, which is priority as a strategic market for further growth. MLP Group intends to invest in speculative facilities and create small business units, known as City Logistics.
