Despite all the recently implemented changes on the Polish real estate market, Santander Bank Polska is continuing to grow and it constantly adjusts to Customers’ needs. This may be confirmed by great achievements this year including financing (bilaterally or as an agent) the biggest projects on the Polish real estate market. We have financed almost 470,000 sqm of retail space, almost 400,000 sqm of office space and more than 300,000 sqm industrial space. We contributed to the creation of over 74,000 PUM of residential premises. Among the biggest projects financed by our Bank during the last year were: Varso office complex with the tallest building in EU developed by HB Reavis, Sczecin Industrial Park that is developed by Accolade in 3 phases on a 10 ha plot, as well as financing the acquisition of M1 portfolio comprising of 12 retail properties bought by EPP from Chariot Top Group BV.
