Since 2013 JLL Poland investment team of 16 has been jointly led by Agata Sekuła and Tomasz Puch, one of the most recognized real estate professionals in CEE. With a laser focus on expanding client business, quality, professionalism and ethics the team has excelled in the market defining deals of both single assets and real estate platforms. JLL has been involved in the largest ever deals in Poland/CEE, including the disposal of a 75% stake in EPP's €1.2 billion platform in 2016.

The land investment transactions are conducted by the separated Land Advisory team. The largest deals concluded by this team include plots on Cybernetyki in Warsaw (34 million PLN), Browar Piastowski in Wrocław (30 million PLN), Pankiewicza in Warsaw (23.3 million PLN) or Holybrook portfolio (20 million PLN), to name but a few. Currently, the team is working on Soho land transaction in Warsaw (Mińska 25, over 70,000 sqm of residential use area, confidential price).
