This expanding team has 11 experts who have worked on leasing instructions totaling 700,000 sqm in 21 assets and signed 300 deals (70,000 sqm) over the last 12 months. JLL provides strategic leasing advisory and is responsible for the commercialization of retail projects totaling 700,000 sqm. These include prestigious assets such as Galeria Północna (64,000 sqm), Galeria Wilanów (61,000 sqm+16,000 sqm), Forum Gdańsk (60,000 sqm), EC Powiśle (15,500 sqm), Blue City (65,000 sqm), Forum Gliwice (42,500 sqm), Galeria Pomorska (40,000 sqm), Metropolitan Outlet Bydgoszcz (16,000 sqm), Galeria Malta (54,000 sqm), Klif Warsaw (18,000 sqm), The Hub (6,500 sqm), or Monopolis (5,000 sqm). JLL takes the long view, developing long-term cooperation with the leading market players.
