Robert Dobrzycki as Chief Executive Officer oversees the operations in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Romania and recently also in the United Kingdom where Panattoni merged to form a new development company, named First Panattoni. Dobrzycki opened Panattoni CEE operations in 2005 and under his management Panattoni Europe achieved the leading position on the Polish and Czech market as well as high brand recognition in Central Europe.

Between Q4 2016 and Q4 2017 Panattoni has developed as much as 1 353 000 sqm in CEE and as of the beginning of September 2017 has got almost 800 000 sqm in the pipeline. Panattoni is first in the Czech Republic in space under construction. Panattoni is first in Poland in space delivered, leased and under construction. For the first time ever, Panattoni powered into the top spot in the Top Logistics Developers PropertyEU Ranking. Panattoni jumped from third place by realizing 1.6 million sqm in 2016 only, competing with only 3 countries (Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic) against other developers that are also active in France, UK or Spain.
