The Industrial & Logistic Department of BNP Paribas Real Estate despite a short history (3 years on the market) and limited team (5 people) over the course of last 12 months managed to:
- achieve 11 % market share,
- conduct one of the biggest brokerage transaction this year in Poland (JYSK in Logistic City 65 556 sqm)
- and to introduce a new service successfully launched on the Polish market which is a landlord representation.
The team leased a total area amounting to 160 000 sqm within a year thanks to a cooperation with local agents as well as excellent relations with the clients who tend to come back (Raben, JYSK, HOPI, Allegro and many others). As a strong market player BNPPRE Industrial & Logistic Department has been lately invited to participate in the Industrial Research Forum.
