Over last 20 years Mrs Kokeli has been working on the side of producing income of the development projects - on every possible stage of an investment process (aside from the construction phase). Starting with a land purchase through a design stage allowing for a best effective scheme, then a marketing process for getting the best potential partners, arriving at management of property processes. Reaching the set goals has only been possible thanks to very good relationships with all the participants of the real estate world.

TriGranit is one of the largest fully integrated, privately owned, real estate platforms in Central Europe, focusing primarily on quality retail and Class “A” office buildings in strategic urban locations. The company is devoted to develop, acquire, and manage dominant projects that define the landmarks of the region and have a positive impact on their stakeholders. In its two decades of operation, TriGranit has developed nearly 50 landmark projects creating 2 million square meters of GLA in 7 CEE countries and has won more than 50 highly prestigious international awards.

Mrs. Kokeli has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector working both at development companies and at real-estate agencies. Prior joining TriGranit, she has spent 4 years at CBRE as Head of Property and Asset Management and then as Senior Director and Head of Retail. She focused on developing retail services and she also contributed to Retail Platform activities (Investment, Retail, Development Consultancy, Building Consultancy and Property and Asset Management).
Between 2008-2012 Mrs. Kokeli worked as a Chief Commercial Officer and later Board Member at Centrum Development & Investments in Poland, where she was responsible for the company’s commercial policy. Between 2001-2008, at the Danish TK Development Group she was responsible for development, leasing and marketing activities. She holds public licenses in “Real Estate Brokerage” and “Real Estate Manager”.

This year TriGranit has achieved 100% occupancy in Lakeside I, our office complex in Bratislava. We have also achieved the highest number of footfall in Bonarka reaching the number of ca. EUR 15 000 000 forecasted at the end of 2017, as well as the highest number of turnovers. In B4B, for the first time we have launched a social media program aimed to create a society for our office tenants and their employees - since June 2017, we have noticed 800 fans on our B4B social media pages altogether. In the complex, we also have extended more than ca. 9 000 sqm of leases and on top of that, we have let 5 000 sqm, as well as launched the construction of Building H, the 8th office building in B4B with 10 000 sqm GLA.

Through the years Mrs Kokeli has been working mainly on CEE market developing shopping malls not only in Poland, but also in Czech, while with CBRE aiming for inviting world occupiers into CEE shopping malls and high streets. As of today, Mrs Kokeli is promoting CEE office projects into the world of BPO and SSC from all over the World.
