SPIE Polska focuses on multi-technical building maintenance, constantly developing its internal services: gas, HVAC, mobile and low voltage, to guarantee the widest range of services from one hand. However, in integrated projects the company co-operates with trusted partners in the scope of infrastructural and administrative services. Since 1998, when the company entered the market, its turnover has been increasing by more than 10 % each year, reaching 95,5m PLN in 2016. It has been a success of 440 employees providing services in 180 properties throughout the country. Due to SPIE global objective, the Polish subsidiary also gains new competences via acquiring companies: AGIS Fire&Security in 2016 and SAG (energy supply networks) in 2017. Formally SPIE Polska belongs to SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa, a strong independent technical provider focused on ICS, Energy and FM, present in Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Artur Tomczyk, the CEO of SPIE Polska of over 8 years and the CEO of SPIE AGIS since June 2017. Holds strong industry career background. Awarded with the Polish Hercules 2013 for continuous expansion of SPIE Polska’s potential. Since October 2016, he has been involved in SPIE Polska and SPIE AGIS integration, finalization of which is planned for 1Q 2018. By now it results mainly in successful implementation of IT tools to align HR and financial processes in both firms.

Key projects your company worked on between October 2016 and September 2017
Energy policy of the government and local authorities suggest the development direction of FM companies. SPIE Polska responsibly informs its clients about changes in energy law and proposes new solutions that fulfill the regulations. Since April 2017, the company has been supporting the development of electromobility by offering delivery, installation and maintenance of charging stations for e-vehicles, both for public sector and commercial firms. The second focus of the company regarded energy audits. Since October 2016, SPIE Polska has been instructing its clients about the duty stands and offered its help in carrying out energy audits including final reports and documentation for Energy Regulatory Office. It has resulted in several “Energy audits of the enterprise” for financial institutions. Considering FM market integration and good practice promotion, SPIE Polska is one of the initiators of the Polish Facility Management Council registered in August 2017.

SPIE Polska is a financially stable company with a constant growth, both organic and in competences, due to AGIS and SAG acquisitions. Through gaining new competences, the company constantly reduces the number of subcontractors, which results mainly in the guarantee of delivering services from one hand and in quick reactions on clients’ requests. Safety and comfort of building workers and users are always in the company’s spotlight. That is why its employees propose the clients new solutions, for example: traffic automation for logistic parks using new technologies-cameras that read license plates and support security teams in supervision of transportation, or telemetry–remote media meters readings–used in buildings without dedicated teams. During last year, SPIE knowledge and service quality were appreciated by new clients in logistic, industry and data center sectors as well as by long-standing customers who have entrusted SPIE Polska the technical FM service for prestigious offices.
