The MLP Group signed cooperation agreements with MAKRO Polska for the construction and long-term lease of unique Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouses customized for the needs of the HoReCa sector. This was is one of the largest deals struck on the warehousing market in 2016. The facilities covered by this transaction are located in three key locations: near Pruszków in the Mazovia region, near Wrocław in Lower Silesia and in Czeladź in Silesian Voivodship. The warehousing facilities built for MAKRO Polska are fitted with state-of-the-art environmentally friendly technological solutions, including a C02-based refrigeration system enabling low energy consumption and improved protection of the environment (no use of CFCs). The top standard of MAKRO Polska’s cutting-edge distribution centers allows the company to improve the quality of the services it provides to the HoReCa sector in which it has already acquired a leading market position.
