Apsys Polska manages 950k sqm of GLA, 10% of the total GLA of shopping industry in Poland. All its centers have a combined footfall of 130 M customers a year and. The highest quality and effectiveness confirm data valid for the portfolio: footfall index 2% above a market, increase of the turnover index by 4,74% YTD (11% above a market), rent collection ratio 99,7%, service charges 97,5%, NOI 4% over the budget and 2000 lease agreements under management. At the end of 2016 Apsys has increased the total GLA of the portfolio by 15% gaining 2 new assets for property management services (Focus Mall Piotrków Trybunalski and Focus Mall Zielona Góra) with total GLA of 62k sqm, and obtained 3 project management projects Carrefour hypermarket in Focus Mall in Piotrków Trybunalski, modernization of common space in Galeria Bemowo, creation of foodcourt in Czyżyny.
