NORTH-WEST LOGISTIC PARK IN SZCZECIN
North-West Logistic Park is a class A logistic park located in the south-eastern part of Szczecin. Halls are equipped with state-of-the-art technical solutions, provide high storage capacity and are adapted to carry out any logistic or production operations in a convenient manner. On an 18 ha plot, the investor has created a modern logistic complex and a park. Modern infrastructure, such as car parks and accompanying buildings, was constructed around the facility. It has an enormous potential due to close proximity of Scandinavia and Germany, excellent connection with Western Europe and access to the Baltic Sea. The location of the logistic park in Szczecin made this investment a very attractive place for companies, in particular Scandinavian ones from production sector. Companies such as KK Wind Solutions, InCom, ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, Ceva Logistics Poland, IQ Metal Polska, Animex Foods, My Trendy Phone, Żabka Polska, Cubic, PartyDeco, Animex Foods and HTM carry out its business in the North-West Logistic Park.
It is a centre designed and realised with great care. This perfectly located and well-commercialised complex has become an attractive investment product. In October 2016, it was sold to Exeter Property Group – an American investor specialised in investing in warehouse real estate.
