Olivia Business Centre is a prestigious and vivid business centre located at the very heart of the Gdansk metropolitan area, immediately adjacent to the University of Gdansk.

Situated within the project there are over 110 companies, from multinational global corporations to national corporations, SMEs and startups.

In 2013, Olivia Synergy project was launched with the goal of integrating Residents at Olivia Business Centre. This is done using a wide range of activities and events, including an intercompany sports league, an onside Campus programme and cultural events that involve the wider local community.

The OBC Residents have access to, inter alia: 3 conference rooms, medical centre with pharmacy, 3 restaurants, café, kindergarten and nursery, banks, modern middle school, beauty salon, notary, point for charging electric cars, well developed bicycle infrastructure.

All OBC builsings are certified BREEAM Excellent or Very Good. They are build around an inner patio with greenery and fountains.

But the most pride we take in Olivia Six building.

Olivia Six is one of the most environmentally friendly buildings in Poland and already fulfils EU norms of 2021. Olivia Six is underwent BREEAM certification and obtained an EXCELLENT grade. Olivia Six's facade is built in a triple-glazed system and "is alive" 24 hours a day thanks to illuminated elements. The flora around the building refers to the whole OBC complex, and among the plantings one may find indigenous flora.

Olivia Six received the best BREEAM Excellent result in the region and was honoured in such competitions as CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards, Eurobuild Awards. The building is leased in 100%. The main tenants include: thyssenkrupp SSC, PwC Center of Excellence, Pomerania Development Agency, Energa, Sii, CityFit fitness centre.

Olivia Star - the newest stage of Olivia Business Centre. The 180-metre tall skyscraper may become a new symbol of business in Pomerania. The highest floors of Olivia Star will offer the most stunning vista in Poland: Bay of Gdańsk, cliffs of Gdynia, Hel Peninsula and Tricity Landscape Park with all its abundance of trees and greenery. These highest floors will accommodate a commonly accessible observation deck and a conference centre.

It is going to be one of only 3 buildings in Poland with a three-pane all-glass curtain wall façade (Olivia Six was the first one). The natural ventilation systems on all office floors will allow fresh air to each room individually. The building has been tested for its acoustic properties.

The building will adjoin a glazed winter garden with greenery and water features, to be situated in the inner patio. The winter garden has been designed as a venue for educational and artistic events. Unique, exotic flora will surely make any event special.

Olivia Business Centre is a project developed with care and love by a local developer. The OBC Team is taking good care about centre's community, providing a whole range of services.

The centre's buildings are full of modern, pro-eco solutions, that's why all of them were certified BREEAM.

Olivia Six fullfills today UE norms planned for 2021 and is one of the most eco-friendly buildings in Poland.

Olivia Business Centre has well developed infrastructure for cyclists (changing rooms, parkings for cyclists, roads). What is more, the Centre's team cooperates with Energa to introduce carsharing to Olivia Business Centre. The carsharing is planned to be online already in 2016. All accesible cars will be electric. Olivia Business Centre has also on site one of only 3 stations of charging electric cars.
