Please say why you should be considered for the award
As quantity gives one numbers yet quality gives one meaning, BSJP holds tight among the top real estate practices in Poland with 15+ properties in 11 transactions handled within the last 12 months. Our track record covers retail, office and logistics deals, each of them noteworthy – be it due to the high-profile client, e.g. a global E-Commerce giant, a prestigious location of the investment, e.g. Warsaw’s Central Business District, or, of course, the value and volume of the transaction involved. What makes us unique is our focus on German banks and Polish banks with a current or previous German background. We support German mortgage banks, which are subject to very specific regulations under the German law on mortgage banks, in the process of meeting such regulations within the framework of financing law in Poland. This is why our team have a deep understanding of the German approach and are able to translate our clients’ needs into the legal reality of the Polish real estate market.
