Galeria Jurajska - the third investment conducted by GTC in the sector of shopping and entertainment centers in Poland and the first modern facility of this type in Częstochowa;
Avenue Mall Zagreb - an investment realized by GTC Croatia in New Zagreb district – one of the most attractive localizations of the city. The shopping centre is located at the crossing of main communication arteries, next to the route from the city center to the international airport;
Galleria Stara Zagora - a multifunctional shopping complex opened in 2010, part of the international shopping center chain of the same name, developed and managed by GTC. The net built-up area of the project, situated on 4 levels, is 36,400 sq m.
Galleria Burgas – provides more than 36,500 sq m of net rentable area and 1,200 parking spaces. The mall is the first international-style shopping centre with entertainment in the city and in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria.

Galerie Harfa sold by GTC, offers 42,000 sq m of net retail space on 3 levels. It was the largest project of this type and the only shopping mall delivered in the Czech capital in 2010. Galerie Harfa has 160 shops, service points, cafés and restaurants, a luxury fitness club and a swimming pool. Visitors can enjoy an impressive 9,500 sq m roof garden, which includes a dinosaur park, a playground for children, skating ring and multimedia attractions. Galerie Harfa has also a two-level parking garage for over 1,600 cars.

Projects in progress
Galeria Północna, designed by APA Wojciechowski and Tzur Architects, will not only be a shopping mall, but mainly a semi-open recreation space. The project involves the active use of the roof, which will be landscaped with green walking paths. The gallery offers around 64,000 sq m. of space and 2,300 parking places.
Galeria Wilanów will be the very first major new generation shopping center located in southern Warsaw. The gallery is designed by the renowned APA Wojciechowski and Moshe Tzur architecture studios. Design will contain an entertainment section as well as a playground, leasable area will equal 61,000 sq. m including ca. 250 stores and service points.
The developer has also completed the design concept for Ada Mall in Belgrade. The shopping center will encompass over 31 000 sq m. and provide its tenants with excellent visibility and access. The construction of the modern mall on the 2 ha plot in the near of the city’s main recreation area should be completed in 2018.

With its extensive experience earned during the construction of 13 shopping centres across the region, GTC today is constructing another big scale shopping mall in the heart of the fastest growing district of Warsaw. On the top of that GTC is at the final stage of the preconstruction of Ada Mall shopping centre in Belgrade, Serbia and a shopping centre in Wilanów district of Warsaw, Poland. All the projects are constructed according to the LEED Gold certificate and meet the highest standards of design and construction.
The construction process of Galeria Północna moves at a fast pace with an official opening scheduled for the summer of 2017. The building has a completed second floor and topping, finishing works are currently underway. The unique structural design features have made Galeria Północna one of the most eco-friendly buildings in its category in Poland, earning it a LEED GOLD precertification.
