The developer is a visionary company that formulated its objective of building a new business center in Warsaw in the area surrounding Rondo Daszyńskiego. Ghelamco was the first developer to discover the potential of this part of Warsaw a decade ago and began to deliver modern offices there. The culmination of this process was the opening of its flagship project Warsaw Spire in May, the biggest and the highest office building in Poland. The area of Rondo Daszyńskiego has become the most wanted address attracting tenants and investors. Moreover, Ghelamco represents a new approach to urban planning and did something that no other developer has ever done in Poland – on its plot of land created a city square accessible for everyone: tenants, citizens and tourists.
