1) PKO Bank Polski acting as a Co-Arranger and Co-Lender has jointly underwritten and funded a EUR 210 million term loan facility for Magnolia Park Shopping Center. The refinancing of the mall, which is owned by real estate fund managed by Blackstone and Multi Poland was one of the largest real estate financings in Poland in 2016.
2) PKO Bank Polski as a sole lender financed the first office acquisition on regional markets in 2016 granting investment loan of EUR 22.5 million to GTC for the purchase of Allegro HQ located in Pixel office building in Poznań.
