Rockcastle is a property company focusing on retail centres in Central and Eastern Europe with listings on both the Mauritian and the Johannesburg Stock Exchanges. Rockcastle intention is to continue increasing its exposure and asset base in Poland and CEE for the foreseeable future. We have invested in shopping centres in Poland and Czech Republic approx. 850 million EUR since March 2015. After closing the acquisition deals for Focus Mall in Piotrków Trybunalski, Focus Park in Zielona Góra and Galeria Warmińska in Olsztyn our portfolio value will increase to 1,112 billion EUR. We strongly belief that CEE and especially Poland are the most attractive region for profitable investments.
