Future plans
AFI Europe in Poland is developing AFI Home Metro Zachód (550 units), followed by the revitalization of the 19th-century Natanson townhouse on Nowy Świat 2 and a historic building on Stalowa Street. In the Czech Republic, the company will finalize AFI Home Nová Elektra (291 units), while in Romania, AFI Home North (380 units) will launch in early 2025. These projects reflect AFI's growth in CEE, combining modern housing with historic preservation.
