Participation in property sales and acquisitions between July 2023 and June 2024
Over the past year, we have advised on a number of significant real estate sales and acquisitions, including: securing an acquisition of an office building in Warsaw of over 20,000 sq.m. GLA for a client; an acquisition of the Matarnia Retail Park by Frey (one of the largest retail transactions in recent years); a forward sale of a retail park in Bielsko-Biała by Redkom Development to NGI; acquisitions of a number of properties for development located in major Polish cities, including obtaining so-called lex developer resolutions; an acquisition of land in Warsaw by an international company from defence sector for its production facilities; an acquisition of land in a prime logistics location by ECE; an acquisition of development land by P3 for the expansion of P3 Poznań Park.
