• Ghelamco has made the largest transaction in the Polish office market since 2022 – The Bridge will become the new headquarters of Santander Bank Poland! Santander signed a lease agreement for an area of approx. 24,500 sqm. and will occupy the top 19 office floors of the skyscraper. • VIBE office building has been commissioned and 100% commercialised with prestigious tenants, including Reckitt, Porsche, MDDP Outsourcing, Rödl & Partner and Knight Frank. • During this one year, Ghelamco has completed 3 state-of-the-art office projects in Poland: VIBE in Warsaw, Craft in Katowice and Kreo in Krakow. • Ghelamco is developing the largest and the highest office building under construction in Poland, and at the same time the most technological and eco-friendly – 40-storey The Bridge (47,000 sqm). • Ghelamco sold the hotel tower building in The Warsaw HUB complex (21-storey, with a 212-room Crowne Plaza and a 218-room Holiday Inn Express and a total space of ca. 21,000) to the Corum XL fund.
