Current portfolio includes key logistics and industrial assets across the CEE region. By the end of Q2 2024, Panattoni had developed 16.8M sqm in CEE. In Poland, Panattoni's projects account for nearly half of the market. These include industrial parks, BTS facilities such as factories for Danfoss and Reynaers, major e-commerce investments like Amazon in Świebodzin and Kojetín, BTS Zalando Lounge in Bydgoszcz, and urban parks in Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, and Poznań, which now total nearly 600,000 m2

Properties sold between July 2023 and June 2024
In 2023, Panattoni sold 12 industrial parks in Poland valued at EUR 500M. Key sales in the second half of the year included:
• Panattoni Park Żory, Pannattoni Park Poznań XIII, and Panattonni Park Łódź A1, totaling 135,000 sqm, sold for EUR 100M
• Panattoni Park Wrocław East and Wrocław S8 South, covering 43,000 sqm.
In the first half of 2024, Panattoni sold among others:
• Panattoni Park Poznań XI for EUR 92.5M a
• Wrocław West Gate, a 46,900 sqm facility.
