Panattoni is preparing for comprehensive ESG reporting in alignment with the EU’s directive CSRD, following the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the EU Taxonomy. The due diligence process for Panattoni's entire European portfolio is underway, including CO2 measurements to establish a baseline. ESG performance is monitored through key performance indicators, external building certifications, and is continuously improved based on independent consultant guidance.
Green certificates obtained for the investments developed or purchased by your company
Panattoni obtained 71 green certificates covering 2.3M m², including 6 BREEAM Outstanding: 3 in Czechia (parks Cheb South, Pilsen West II, Kojetín-Amazon)) and 3 in Poland (BTS Panattoni H&M, Panattoni Park Konin, BTO DHL Robakowo). Certified space totals 11.7M m² in CEE, with 2.2M m² in pipeline.
The company activities in environmental protection
Panattoni’s environmental protection activities span construction and operation phases, focusing on reducing energy and water consumption, promoting waste recycling, low-emission transportation, rainwater retention, renewable energy sources. Within the period, 583,525 m² of certified buildings in CEE had roofs reinforced for photovoltaic installations, with existing solar capacity of 6.75 MWp and potential capacity of 58.4 Mwp. So far 1.8M m² were reinforced, with potential capacity - 183.5 MWh
The company activities in social responsibility
Panattoni enhances local infrastructure (road infrastructure, pavements, bus stops). In partnership with Kozminski Academy, the company raised 240k PLN through an auction to fund scholarships for talented youth. Panattoni also became a sponsor of Widzew Łódź and continued partnerships with the Piszczek BVB football academy for the youth. Other key activities included participation in charitable sports events, supporting animal shelters, and becoming a patron of this year’s Nike Literary Award.
