Our greatest pride and achievement is the completion of the revitalization of Palác Dunaj in Q2 2024. It is the largest and most historically valuable building recently handed over by Zeitgeist. After the renovation, this 1930s Prague constructivist building provides premium office space with a total area of more than 6,700 sqm, as well as 2,000 sqm dedicated to retail units and services. In Poland, this has been a record year for us in terms of the number of properties handed over. We recently completed the first stage of the PRS project Wrzesińska - Home by Zeitgeist in Warsaw (finalization in October this year). Among the new Home by Zeitgeist (long-term letting) developments, the most noteworthy is our latest project - a historical modernist townhouse in the heart of Warsaw, at 6/8 Barbary St. Higher-standard apartments have been prepared here. A flagship example of 2024 in the area of student housing is the dormitory in Warsaw's Solec district, which we put into operation this Q2.

ZEITGEIST Asset Management is a real estate asset manager with a focus on sustainable and ESG conform value creation. Since 2014, it has been investing in key real estate asset classes for private and institutional investors across Europe. It currently operates 60 projects in five countries, with a total area of 480,000 sqm and 1,2 B € AUM. In terms of real estate development, ZEITGEIST focuses on three areas: Living, Working and Revitalizing.

Future plans
 1. Revitalization of a historical quarter (1 ha) in the very centre of Warsaw, incl. the historic Telephone and Telegraph Building at 45 Nowogrodzka St.
